Time and time again I get asked very similar questions by my clients. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions, and their corresponding answers, regarding fitness training and my work specifically. WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
My prices will vary based on which training program you select. Group fitness will be less per person than private sessions. One on one training, in person is priced by the hour. Online plans are priced in 4, 12, and 24 week plans. I also offer discounts to students! Please contact me so we can set up the best plan for YOU!
DO YOU OFFER DIET PLANS?
As of right now, no. I will not be offering diet plans to my clients at this time. However, I will gladly offer tips and tricks to eating healthy, and even some quick, easy recipes. Online programs have a nutritional guide included in them!
WHERE WILL WE TRAIN?
If you have a gym at home or at your apartment, I will come to your residence. That way you can learn to use the equipment you have, even when I am not with you. If you do not have a gym that you frequent, there are many gyms in which we can train. We will select a location based on your preference.
