Who I Am

STRENGTH IN BODY & MIND

As a child, I was always active in sports. In high school I was a competitive swimmer, and with swimming came the need for more calories than the average person. However, when I went off to college, I stopped swimming, but kept eating. I gained far more than the "freshman 15". Being away from home my anxiety got worse. Being in college with no idea what I wanted to do in life made my depression worse. I kept eating, kept gaining weight, and avoided activities that forced me to leave the comfort of my room. I eventually moved back home, and was surrounded by family that was very concerned about my health. No one ever directly said anything, but my dad said one harsh thing to me that lit a fire under my bum. So I finally put all my excuses aside, and took initiative. I learned how to take care of my physical health which helped me gain strength in my mental health as well. I have NEVER looked back since that day.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people toward a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your individual fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your overall health.
